If you have imaging (such as panoramic X-rays or photos), you may include them securely via email.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your referral:

• Our team will promptly contact the patient to schedule a consultation.
• Dr. Owtad will perform a comprehensive evaluation and review treatment options.
• We will follow up with you after the visit to share findings and coordinate care as appropriate.
