To help every visit run smoothly and comfortably, we’ve outlined a few helpful guidelines below. These policies allow us to respect everyone’s time, provide excellent care, and maintain a welcoming environment for all patients.

Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

We carefully schedule appointments to provide each patient with the time and attention they deserve.

  • Longer appointments (such as new patient visits or treatment starts) are typically scheduled earlier in the day.
  • Shorter adjustment visits are scheduled throughout the day to help minimize wait times.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays happen. However, arriving late may limit the amount of time available for your appointment.
If you arrive too late, we may need to reschedule your visit in order to stay on time for other patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Emergency Appointments

Orthodontic emergencies can happen, and we’re here to help. If you experience discomfort, a broken appliance, or another urgent issue, please visit our Emergency Care page for guidance and next steps.

For after-hours concerns, we provide instructions on how to reach us or how to manage minor issues until we can see you in the office.
