Damaris is an essential part to the success of OWTAD Orthodontics. Since the very beginning, Damaris has shared her experienced leadership in all aspects of our practice to allow each and every day to run smoothly. From ensuring all patients are seen in a timely manner to assisting Dr. Owatd with all the important details that go into providing quality service. Rain or shine, Damaris never misses a step.

Outside of work, Damaris is the mom of two amazing children and enjoys adventures with her close family and in-laws.

Lisa is the brains of the operation. With many years of experience working at large and fast-paced orthodontic practices, Lisa brings confidence in ensuring all billing and insurance responsibilities are processed as smoothly and beneficially as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about your policy or payments, Lisa has the foundational knowledge to get you to the right answers and rates.

Outside work, Lisa can be found traveling to nearby destinations or watching her favorite movies like Back To The Future and The Grinch.

Angelina is a recent graduate of Arizona State University. She offers a diverse skill set of marketing experience ranging from campaign building, social media marketing, and event preparation. Angelina is working on shaping the brand for OWTAD Orthodontics through coordinating community outreach efforts, building relationships with nearby practices, and improving our internal marketing A.K.A improving patient experience.

Outside of work, you can find Angelina traveling or spending time with her friends and family.

Raquel is the newest addition to the OWTAD Orthodontic Smile Artist team. Raquel’s eagerness to learn and attention to detail makes her a great fit for our practice needs. Whether it is scheduling patients, preparing rooms, or answering questions Raquel will assist in ensuring our day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, you can find Raquel hiking with her family or cuddling time with her cat Sparkles.
